It is exactly as described and very good. Their photos are accurate. Breakfast is excellent and well worth the £7.50. Photos attached. I had the breakfast every day for 7 days. Thank you Ana! The bus stop is indeed right outside which I used daily to get to Hayes & Harlington station which is on the new Elizabeth Line. You can get the 140, 90 or E6 and I never waited for more than 5 mins. Shower was strong and hot. Room was clean and serviced every day. WiFi is fast (>40Mbs), free, and consistently reliable over 7 days. There is a bar with outside area. That is clear from photos so some noise from that should be expected. The music is not too loud and they were very good about closing down at 11pm. After that there is no noise at all (for example, no aircraft or traffic noise). In any case, I slept fine even with the windows open while the bar was open. My room (109) was closest to the bar area too I think. One night I returned at 2am. The front door was locked so I knocked and was let in within 20 seconds. Exactly as you would hope since it is advertised as 24hr front desk. Thank you Ana! All the staff are very nice and professional.

I always get a great welcome when I stay here. The staff are friendly and eager to please. I have stayed here on numerous occasions when catching a flight from Heathrow. I can't comment on the breakfast as I haven't sampled it. I will be staying again in May 2025 so will have the time to have breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is very reasonably priced and is so near to Heathrow Airport.

The room was comfortable although needing some redecorating. The staff were helpful and in particular allowing me rto keep my car in their car park for the period of my stay abroad

Everything went well in all departments including giving me directions for where to eat also in the morning ordering a taxi for me to go to the airport. I was not expecting a tv in the room that was a nice touch as at the time Wimbledon tennis Championships was on. I left too early to have breakfast. If I need to fly from Heathrow again I will defiantly be back. There is a good possibility of that as most places I visit abroad go from Heathrow airport.

Anna gave us a welcoming smile while check in, her great attitude and attention and helping throughout our stay was superb, since from check in, till leaving the hotel at wee hours, and arranging with the baggage etc. Will definitely be back to stay again with her pleasing hospitality of comfort.

The room was perfect spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep with soft sheets and plush pillows.

Great value for money close to the elizebeth line easy access into London and they had a car park . Had food was loverly and there’s a shesha bar on site . Staff friendly definitely a bargain
